The aim of the session is to share actionable insights and advice on how developers can maximize their ad ARPDAU and revenue through the effective waterfall and bidding management. The session will, among others, cover the following aspects of the topic:

  • What metrics beyond eCPM developers should focus on when optimizing
  • Best practices for waterfall/bidding management
  • "Show, don't tell." Demonstrating the impact said best practices can have.


Session will be backed by case studies, with real data from the leading video games companies and games from various genres

Vlad is part of Google’s Mobile App Partnership team and works with app developers across the CEE and Emerging regions, helping them integrate AdMob or Ad Manager in order to monetize the apps with ads. Besides working with App Developers, during his Google career, Vlad has spent multiple years on the Google Ads side of business where he started as a technical consultant and in his last role he managed the Ads support teams for Spain, CEE and Emerging markets.

Mariusz Gasiewski has been with Google since 2007. He is leading mobile gaming initiatives at Google for Startups Campus in Warsaw and at Google, supporting growth of mobile gaming ecosystem in Poland and in CEE region. During most of his career was helping some of Google’s biggest clients in Central and Eastern Europe in preparation and implementation of mobile measurement strategies. He is a frequent speaker at gaming and mobile conferences and a founder of GameCamp (www.gamecamp.io), one of the biggest mobile gaming communities in Europe.

Bozo is an experienced Business Development Manager working at GameBiz, a boutique, consultancy firm for the video games industry. Bozo is primarily working with F2P game developers, helping them grow the business by monetizing their games with ads. He handles all aspects of ad monetization business, from crafting a strategy to ad placement and waterfall optimization. He previously worked at Nordeus, where he was responsible for licensing and ad monetization business worth several million dollars a year.
