Building the measurement stack and analytics competency in the company are one of most important requirements for growing i scaling any gaming and apps business. It is especially important once a company is preparing for some Growth and User Acquisition activities.

Jan focuses on helping Czech and Slovak gaming companies grow their user base and become successful in the crowded world of mobile gaming. He has been working at Google for 7 years in different roles and is also responsible for Google’s NGO partnerships.

Martin started in gaming in 2010 and two years later he founded BeerDeer Studios which produced Nyrthos – an action RPG for PC, Mac and mobile. After progressing from the Marketing Manager over to Marketing Analyst, Martin is now Head of Marketing at AppAgent where he oversees a team of five. For Studycat, he led the analytical project and served as the client’s account manager.

After getting Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and quitting job at a bank, Michal joined Pixel Federation in 2014 as a data analyst to support one of the smaller projects back then – Diggy’s Adventure. During his time on Diggy’s, he mostly focused on improving monetization using custom segmentation strategies. Couple of years later after launching the game on mobile, it turned out to be the biggest success of Pixel Federation. As consequence of successful launch there was a need for dedicated data guy in marketing department to support the huge increase in marketing spend. Currently he’s working as Head of Marketing Analytics in Pixel Federation – taking care of everything from data collection, through ROAS prediction to building the right tools for UA managers.

Mariusz Gasiewski has been with Google since 2007. He is leading mobile gaming initiatives at Google for Startups Campus in Warsaw, supporting growth of mobile gaming ecosystem in in the CEE region. During most of his career was helping some of Google’s biggest clients in Central and Eastern Europe in preparation and implementation of mobile measurement strategies. He is a frequent speaker at gaming and mobile conferences and a founder of GameCamp (www.gamecamp.io), one of the biggest mobile gaming communities in Europe.
