The Google for Startups Founders Academy program arms startup founders with research-based strategies and coaching to take their leadership and people management skills to the next level. For three months, each cohort is given access to expert mentorship, wellbeing support, and strategy workshops to address their holistic needs and move their startup forward.

A curated, intimate group of fellow founders meeting to learn from and support each other in a professionally facilitated setting.
Develop the ability to recover from adversity, adapt and thrive by building the capacity to be productive, resourceful, and creative while dealing with changing circumstances or adversity.
Actively and intentionally make better use of your time at work. This track helps entrepreneurs and professional teams actively and intentionally make better use of their time at work.
Being a part of the community, talking to people in the network who are so amazing and proactive in helping you is very powerful. There are lots of great ideas that come out of simple conversations.
