About the program
The Google for Startups Women Founders Academy program is a three-month leadership and development program for women founders, designed to develop their skills as a leader of a growing business, and deepen their connections among this powerful network. Participants will have access to four program tracks, which are divided into workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions, run by Google advisors and industry experts, to support them in solving roadblocks and taking their companies to the next level.

Office Hours: Individual leadership coaching and ad-hoc support
Coaching time provided by Google mentors and industry experts. Work on short-term topics or work on what you, your co-founder team, or your organization needs right now.

A curated, intimate group of fellow founders meeting to learn from and support each other in a professionally facilitated setting.

Adaptive resilience program
Develop the ability to recover from adversity, adapt and thrive by building the capacity to be productive, resourceful, and creative while dealing with changing circumstances or adversity.

Actively and intentionally make better use of your time at work. This track helps entrepreneurs and professional teams, actively and intentionally, make better use of their time at work.
