[Remote] Startup School: Getting started with Google Analytics

What is Startup School?

Startup School provides practical hands-on education to founders and their teams. It is offered at all our Campus locations globally. During these classroom-style sessions Googlers and subject-matter experts teach the skills growing startups need.


What you can expect from this Startup School session?

This session is all about getting to grips with Google Analytics. This is a standard level, if you think you are more experienced you might want to take a look at the advanced Google Analytics session this month (go back to the events page to see the full list of Startup School sessions).


This is a hands-on course for beginners on Google Analytics. Through interactive exercises and discussions, you will gain the skills to:

  • set up goals and create basic custom reports and dashboards to help improve performance online,
  • provide insight and identify the key reports that will add value to your business,
  • introduction to See-Think-Do-Care framework
  • best practices on UTM tagging


Come prepared to network with and learn from fellow founders, and talk about how your startup is getting the most out of Google Analytics.



Prerequisite

This course is most suitable for Google Analytics beginners, who want to gain valuable, practical skills essential for monitoring your online marketing performance and improving your website tracking. To help you get the most of out this course prior reading is recommended - the beginners course on Google Analytics Academy.
