Immersion: Black Founders

Google for Startups Immersion: Black Founders is a 12-week program designed for startups from the UK, France, and the Netherlands. Currently, the 12 selected companies are tackling challenges in healthcare, energy, advertising, beauty, and manufacturing. All selected startups are partnered with experienced Google mentors, specialists, and investors to help them grow their companies, improve fundraising, and advance their leadership skills.

Central to the program's success is collaboration and trust that founders build with each other through weekly standups and peer-to-peer mentoring. This helps them overcome challenges and grow faster together. At the heart of the program is the idea that if we want technology to work for everyone, it needs to be built by diverse communities. That's why we're investing in founders from under-represented backgrounds to build better, more inclusive technologies and tools.
